  • They cannot be physically returned or revoked once accessed

Due to this nature, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

2. No Cancellation After Purchase

Because delivery of digital products is either instant or near-instant, we do not allow:

  • Cancellations of orders after payment is successfully processed

  • Exchanges for different products

  • “Trial use” or “test downloads” followed by refund requests

Once access to a digital product has been granted — either via email, download page, or membership login — the transaction is considered final and non-cancelable.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing

  • You expected a different outcome or result

  • You didn’t use or access the product

4. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Only)

In rare cases, a refund or store credit may be considered if:

  • You never received the product and support was unable to deliver it successfully within 72 hours

  • There is a proven technical error that prevents access or download, and it cannot be resolved

  • Your full name

  • Order ID or receipt

  • A clear explanation of the issue

We reserve the right to accept or deny any refund request at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Responsibility of the Buyer

  • Ensure your device and software are compatible with common file formats like PDF, ZIP, DOCX, MP4, etc.

  • Enter the correct email address during checkout

We cannot be held responsible for user error or incorrect expectations when all information is provided upfront.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving access to a digital product is a violation of this policy and will be treated as theft. In such cases:

  • Your access will be revoked

  • Subscriptions canceled after a billing cycle has started will not be refunded
